Wish You Were Here – out now!
I’m delighted to announce the launch of my brand new paperback – Wish You Were Here. Set on a tiny Greek island, it tells the story of Alice Archer who, fed up of never being noticed by the opposite sex, makes a wish on a statue of Aphrodite and suddenly finds herself irresistible to men!
I loved writing this novel and have become particularly fond of my hero – the gorgeous Greek gardener, Milo. And isn’t it a fabulously summery cover? Makes you want to buy a one-way ticket to the Mediterranean, doesn’t it?
What’s been really exciting about this novel is that Roy and I got to see it being printed at Clays. This is something I’ve never seen before and the experience was magical and surreal. To see so many of my books all at once was just incredible and the process was fascinating and you can watch the video we made here!
And, if you like your books in electronic form, Wish You Were Here is available for a short time at just 99p from Amazon!
Congrats on publication day, Victoria. That truly is a fab cover and the story sounds magical – I’m off to watch the video and will be downloading to my Kindle (for my holiday reading) and I can’t wait to get stuck in!

Spending a week of well earned R&R on the wild, windy but oh so gorgeous shores of Loch Ness, Ive just finished reading “Wish you were here”, OMG, what a read. A world away from where I am at the moment. I have to say, Victoria, I was transported back to our holiday on Corfu back in June. I love that island and its people. Like you I live in Suffolk, Bury St. Edmunds to be precise, which you mentioned in the book so it was extra special for me. Thank you for an amazing read, certainly “un put downable” a real page turner. Again, thank you and heres to many more wonderful books.
My best wishes. Tina,
Thank you so much, Tina! Glad you enjoyed the novel and the little cameo played by beautiful Bury St Edmunds! I will be writing more novels set in Suffolk, I’m sure.
